lf you are interested in purchasing a puppy from us please read the following carefully.
All our puppies are raised in the home as part of the family, they have been planned in advance and every care is taken in thier upbringing to give them the best possible start in life.
All puppies are K.C registered, wormed regularly and come with a comprehensive puppy pack including 3kg bag of quality food, food vouchers and a choice of free insurance policies of upto 16 weeks duration. l will also be available throughout the dogs life to offer help and advice to owners of Ionadiva Poodles. l love to recieve updates on how my babies are doing and like all new owners to stay in touch.
Puppies can be visited with thier Mother from 4 weeks old and a deposit can be taken (£100) to hold a puppy. lf one of my own dogs is the Father then of course you can meet him too.
You must agree to the following to purhase one of my puppies :
*All Poodles must live inside the house as part of the Family, they are never to be kept outside in a kennel.
*Purchasers will be required to sign an agreement that if at any time during the dogs life they should need to rehome the dog, for whatever reason, then l must be contacted first and the dog should be returned to me. l bred it and l am responsible for it.
*l do not export puppies anywhere outside of the U.K
*l reserve the right to withdraw the sale of any puppy , in this instance any deposit paid will be returned.
*No puppy will leave the litter until it is 8 weeks old. Holidays etc will be honoured provided l was notified at the time of paying any deposit on the puppy. A collection date will be agreed and any extra costs involved will be agreed in writing.
*No puppy will be sold to any 3rd party on behalf of a purchaser, delivery can be arranged if you are unable to get to us and a transport fee would be payable and agreed in advance.
*lf a home visit is requested by us to check suitability it will be by arrangement at a time agreed.
*A deposit is non-refundable. Only when the puppy is withdrawn from sale will the deposit be refunded.
*No puppy will leave me if l feel it is unwell in any way and l will contact the purchaser as quickly as possible to inform them if the puppy will not be fit to leave on the collection date.
*All puppies should be registered, checked over and recieve thier 1st vaccination at the purchasers new vet within 48 hours of leaving me. Any problems must be notified to me within 72 hours of purchase. lf the puppy needs to be returned on medical grounds (with a written vet report)then a replacement puppy can be chosen if there is one suitable, if no puppies are available then the purchaser can choose either a full refund of the purchase price only (no fee's or costs included) or to have first choice from the next available litter.
*All puppies are permanently identified by micro-chip before leaving me, a collar and tag is not suitable i.d as it can be lost/removed.
*All pedigree's are endorsed for breeding restrictions the purchaser will be verbally informed and will also have it in writing on the puppy sales contract. I only let puppies go to pet homes and also recommend that they are spayed/neutered at 6-7 months of age.
*All my dogs will be endorsed that they are not eligible for issue of an export licence. l will only lift this restriction in exceptional circumstances.

To protect my puppies and due to lots of scams circulating l will accept a cheque for the £200 deposit (provided it clears before collection of puppy).
However, the balance due on the collection date of the puppy MUST BE PAID IN CASH!
For those people who do not like to carry cash then l will accept a cheque for the remaining balance, but it must clear into my account BEFORE the puppy leaves me.
This policy goes for everyone the same and is not meant as a personal insinuation against anyone.
